What you should know before selling through a chatbot

Does the catalog have to be maintained by hand?

No. Once the store is connected, products, variants, prices, stock and promotions sync continuously.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

The assistant relies on real stock: it never presents an out-of-stock product as available, and can point to an alternative.

Does payment happen inside the chatbot?

No — deliberately. The assistant fills the cart, then the customer pays through your store's own secure checkout.

Does it only work with Shopify?

Can certain features be disabled?
